Land Rover /Range Rover LPG conversion kit -

LAND ROVER / RANGE ROVER LPG CONVERSION KIT This is an unused Brit autogas / Star LPG kit. I purchased it about 8 years ago to use on my 110 V8, but due to other commitments the L/R stayed off the road for 6 years and with more projects than time has now been sold, and so I no longer have any use for the kit. Although it was purchased for my V8 I think that it would also fit either the 4 or 6 cylinder engines used in series L/R’s and early 90’s & 110’s. However, it is my understanding that this kit is only suitable for engines fitted with carburettors. If you need reference numbers etc from any of the parts to see if it will fit your vehicle ask & I will happily check & pass them on. It is the buyers responsibility to check that the kit is suitable for their vehicle. The kit consists of an installation manual, a large box containing the components of the kit (pipes fittings, regulators, switches etc), and a tank. The tank is an internal cylindrical type with an approximate length of 90cms, and a max dia of 40cms. The manufacturers label (see photo) seems to suggest that it has an 80 litre capacity. I am advertising this as unused rather than new as new, because as it has been sitting at the back of a shed for all this time, it has become a bit ‘shop soiled’ with a couple of the alloy components having surface oxidisation. As far as I am aware the kit is complete, it was sold to me as such, and I have not used or sold any of the components. COLLECTION/ CARRIAGE/ DELIVERY: I have put collection only, mainly because the tank is both bulky and heavy (I’m guessing around 30 kgs). If the purchaser can find & arrange a carrier themselves, then I will organise packing things at this end ready for collection. I’m speculating about the best way of doing things, but having checked P4D’s website (www.p4d.co.uk) it looks as if the kit is sent as 2 separate packages it may well be possible to have it delivered for around 30 to mainland U.K (I have too many things going on in my life at the moment to be able to organise this for the purchaser, if you win please be prepared to make the carriage arrangements yourself). PAYMENT: Cash on collection or BACs transfer preferred, if you are going to take more than a week from end of sale before collection, a 10% deposit will be required.
